The training courses listed are open to researchers, clinicians, and students. Inquiries should be directed to the organizer.

In most cases, the courses are taught in English and the written teaching materials are in English; videotapes of children are in many languages. In all cases, the videotapes/interviews used for the reliability test are in the participants' native language. Fluency in speaking English is not required, but participants must understand spoken English reasonably well and be able to read English fluently.

When taught in Italy, the course is given entirely in Italian. The manuals are also in Italian.

In Russia, the Infant Strange Situation and Preschool Assessment of Attachment courses will be given in translation for Russian speakers. The Adult Attachment Interview course, however, requires competence in written and spoken English (comprehension of spoken English is sufficient; the ability to speak English is not required).
